Hi Ashesh, I have had my set of troubles with Indian hosting companies. It’s best to avoid them and look for a hosting company based in the US. I don’t think the pricing is very different.

Hi Ashesh, I am with manashosting from last 1.2 years and i registered about 7 to 8 domain with them… But till date I am not facing this much problem how much you face in one domain… but may be you are telling true but I am also telling true…Now you can see they r giving 24 hrs online support and may more improvement in their service… Before i m also getting late reply in problem solution.. but not now… they improved… once you check …. no need to pay you can use their free service free of cost… may be that will help you to improve your way of thinking…

Look the quality of English used in “Ruppaly”’s review…dont you think it is pathetic english. So beware of of them. Spread the news everywhere and alert everyone.

Manashosting is very worst hosting providers i have seen. They total staff is uneducated they dont have any idea of what ticket system is , they simply close the issue saying “resolved”. I have tickets which are not resolved since 1 month and i dont think they will be resolved.
Ftp , Control panel , Bandwidth , Ticketing , Speed are the areas in which iam having problems.
Dont belive with the post by Ruppaly. That post was created by employee of Manashosting to bluff the customers. My suggestion to them is to ” first try to improve your ZERO Profile service afterwards you can market youself” .
The next post will also be from their team ….. highlighting about good services & offers. Dont believe them. Just search for ” manashosting review” in google you will find its history.

Yeah I totally agree with the above two post .. by seeing the fake comments in the forums i have purchased hosting plan from Manas Hosting … & its services are very sick. I have transferd my domains after completing 60 days of hosting with them which was mandatory otherwise i would have done this on the first dayitself with manashosting.
Services they provide -
FTP which will not connect & if connected it breaks while transfer or disconnects automatically. It may take days or weeks to get your datatransfered via http://ftp.
Control panel is full of bugs. Siteup time log which i have got it checked through other website showed 60 - 75 % uptime. Support team is worst and uneducated staff. They even have tickets which they havent solved since months …. they are many like this
I have switched to ixunlimited.com an US based hosting company.They have true Unlimited (Domains , Subdomains, Bandwidth, Webspace, Email accounts, Database space) plans for both windows and linux with less cost. Support is good 24/7 through web based chat & ticketing system.

Manashosting is the worst company. They do not what customer care is. Start a chat session with them and ask questions. Suddenly they will stop replying and go to sleep. Start another sesssion they will come again and if you ask the same questions then will again go and never solve your problem. Overloaded servers. The servers will go down after every few minutes. Your website will stop responding every few minutes or even seconds. For example, if you try to visit ten pages of your own website. Atleast twice you will not be able to open the page or it will load very slowly. Never buy a domain from them + hosting package from them. Always buy your domain from a reputed company.

I would like to add the following: never buy from companies that oversell. Companies that offer unlimited bandwidth and unlimited space or 500 GB space and 5000 GB bandwidth. Companies that offer such packages for a few dollar heavily oversell and you will get very slow response times.

hello friends,
really manashosting is not good .
we have register 3 domain’s.
whenever we ask live tech support or call…they are not answering properly,whenever we create trouble ticket: not reply proper and very late and simply close that complaint without solve 97%. only 3% they are solving with request.and what ever we are sending mails to cutomers that mail going to in spam folder and for this reason no one is replying and we are getting loss in our business..one is our employee he send complaint to manashosting with Bad words then they call us and were saying to us”send apologize latter if you will not send then we will send Notice from consumer court..
and i want tell to all friends don’t go to manashosting.
really you will irritate.
